Chewy Butterfinger Cookies

13 Sep

Lets begin this recipe by being honest. These are NOT healthy for you!! But they ARE amazingly yummy cookies that are quick to make and take very little in the way of ingredients! Interested now?? Well I saw these online and immediately knew that I had to try them out. I just finished making some (with the “help” of my 15 month old son) and they really are amazing!

Directions:

1 3/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour
3/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Salt
3/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup (1 stick) Butter, Softened
1 Large egg
1 tsp Vanilla Extract *my addition*
8 Fun Sized Butterfinger Candy Bars, Chopped

Preheat oven to 375F degrees.Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in small bowl and set aside. With an electric mixer, beat sugar and butter until creamy. Beat in egg until just combined. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in butterfinger pieces by hand. Drop by slightly rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Allow to cool and enjoy!
